Anybody have experience with "FMA Direct's" Revolectrix "Platinum Series" batteries?
When I first got into flying 3 years ago, I bought a "Cellpro 4S" charger from "FMA Direct". I also bought 6 of their "Red Label" batteries, which lasted for over 2 years, with hundreds of cycles on each one. Recently, I noticed that FMA's batteries are now warehoused and shipped from Singapore AND the prices have come way down. Their "Platinum Series" 2200mah 3-cell battery, with a 40C rating, used to cost $72.95. Now, the price has been reduced to $21.50.
My understanding is that the FMA batteries have always been made with high-quality Korean cells and based on my experience with the cheaper, Red Label batteries, I'm thinking of upgrading to the Platinum Series. Even with the shipping from Singapore, the 2200mah 3-cell, 40C batteries comes out to about $27.00 each.
Any help would be appreciated,

I was hoping someone would reply to this thread, I only have the "Red" label Revlectric's battery so can't really comment on the Platinum series. The performance is OK for a 20C battery, but what I really love is the FMA balance connector. I can connect a 2s, 3s, or 4s directly to my Multi4 charger without a balance adapter (I do use a 36" extension to facilitate a lipo bag and reduce wear/tear on the charger connector.)
Does anyone run the Platinum batteries?
