No dogfights, F&T has work to do.

Eight feet long, you have to be thinking about 100mm-120mm fans?

6.5 ft wingspan?

maybe 4" dia. fans

I was just thinking about the scale factor.

I like the idea regarding your speed goal. Airliners do not fly like F-16's

this is true, but even then, they don't quite fly like a 16, but pretty darn close. LOL. that's very awesome to watch though. it's something that's stuck in my head for many years after I saw it in person at the RIAT.

I forgot to add the word "not." I need to start proof reading my sentences.

Sorry about that.

I totally agree on missing the scale flight characteristics. My E-Flite 777 whips around on stock power pretty good. Guess that's why Neff uses the same powerplant in much larger models. He gets that perfect thrust to weight ratio and scale flight (or darn close).

Yup 100% agree with the eflite F-16 airliner.

Today I got tons of crap done though. Plans are done and the fuse spine section is rolled with depron. I'll post pics soon, just going to finish up the depron wrapping.

ok, here they come. if you look at the wing pic, you'll see a circle with a cross in it. that's your MAC point and also your CG point. look in your next post, cause I'm uploading now.
