Correct, for me landing my Cessna with too much airspeed can cause a wing tip to flip over if you are not careful with rudder (nose Wheel Steering)!

I usually fly my Cessna at a High School Concrete Band Practice area that looks like a miniature runway and I slow my model down and it lands super slow, especially if you have any flaps deployed.

Here is one Video:

I like it so much, I have two of them! Great flying plane. It and this Cessna are my favorites these days. I fly the C-47 6 minutes on a 2200 3s with plenty of battery left for "go arounds" if I need to.

Guys,

I had a little mishap at the rc club today & broke my prop, prop adaptor & lost my windshield.
Anyone know where to get replacement parts? I tried the place in the uk that somebody suggested but they don't ship to the US.
This is the Airfield 182 cessna from Nitroplanes.com......

Thanks,
Bill B.

Did you add a steerable tail gear to the C-47? Where did you get it from?

I cannot believe the shortage of Lipo batteries right now. I found a great deal on some 2200MAH batteries if anyone wants them, I just bought 3, I am sure they will go quick, they are T style connectors but I bought the adapters for them pretty cheap too. I cant find a 2200 or 2650MAH sky lipo anywhere right now.

Ummm thats not a shortage my friend
Hobby partz sucks at keeping things in stock, they dont order new stock UNTIL they have sold out!
Check out these batteries, most of us have found these to be much better:
Gforce @ valuehobby.com
Haiyin batteries @ exilehobby.com or haiyinstore.com
Zippy batteries at hobbyking.com (USA warehouse)
Glacier batteries @ epbuddy.com
Give those websites a try, MUUCH better quality and longevity than Sky Lipos or even Gens Ace.

I was bored all weekend and because of the bad weather I wasnt able to fly so I decided to add some lights to front of the cowl and paint the tips of the prop.

I took it up this morning and flew great. I'm gonna add some cabin lights for my next mod.

I did the steerable tail wheel on both, flaps on one and lights on both. I got them from Nitroplanes. There is a really good thread for the Dynam C-47 at http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1188923

I usually take it along with my Cessna when ever I go flying. If I take a third plane it will vary, but the Cessna is 1st in the truck, the Skybus is 2nd.

LED Problems

Has anyone experienced problems with the LEDs? I'm having a problem getting them all to come on. There seems to be a problem with having one of the wingtip nav lights on and the leading edge landing light on at the same time. I can power everything up and start mating connectors but as soon as I plug the connector for one of the wingtip lights in, it comes on and the leading edge light goes off.
