Shipping methods:
Maxi Letter: No insurance or tracking on shipment and order is not recoverable for loss.
Parcel Post: There is insurance and tracking on shipment and order can be recovered in case of loss by postal service

* Shipments to Europe starts at 3€
* Shipments to the rest of the world starts at 5€

You should be so lucky Have you seen postage prices from America to UK or Europe, I can tell you $20 aint too bad.

I already ordered a batch of 70pcs and am waiting on a confirmation for the shipping.

Sorry but I can't take pre-orders on items I don't have.
I made this mistake once when I was pretty sure I'll get them. The lady from ELV stated to have a "huge amount" available. All of a sudden they were sold out - leaving me and almost 50 buyers in the rain ... we had to wait a month - and I don't want to make the same mistake again. The ELV shop system is crap!

I note that the mainSQRE section differs pretty significantly from the dxf in the jpkh arducopter branch. Do you have any pictures of your version assembled?

It is not mine version, it is official "new and improved" version of the main section posted by Chris Anderson, ArduCopter owner. I don't have any version, old or new, so no pictures for you. I like this design very much, but I think prices of these parts in ArduCopter shop are ridiculously high, and if we can find someone with access to laser cutter, and with optimal material usage like it is on my drawings, we can probably get those parts made of polycarbonate for 1/4 or 1/3 of the price. It all depends how expensive is laser cutter usage for making custom parts, it is probably much cheaper in some parts of the world than in the other. We just have to find some shop to do it cheaply for us.

Edit: Chris Anderson made a comment about this on DIY Drones, correctly stating that acrylic used on Ponoko is much more brittle than polycarbonate used by ArduCopter shop. We have to make it of polycarbonate, also known under commercial name Lexan.

I can't recommend those acrylic parts - they break easily...

Why not take black G10? Looks better and is tougher than the original material.

acrylic for that cost about $3 and even g10 cost is cheap around $12 for it acrylic for some stuff looks cool. but acrylic is 100% safer to cut versus g10

I count on your organizing skills to find someone to laser-cut them out of black G10 I'll adopt the drawings to actual G10 sheet size that cutter can easily purchase, we just have to find the shop with laser-cutter somewhere in Europe.
