Well iam new to all this and thats why iam asking is it any use will it work with the pirate code

Not yet. Ublox doesn't have a high priority for us since we use a MTK GPS unit that comes at half the price of a Ublox.

Looking at the board all I can tell you is: I don't like the formfactor. I find a stackable 5x5cm bob much better than this...

Thank you thats all I needed to know I would rather buy what is already supported in the code as would not be able to alter the code my self, as I said iam new to this and learning more every day keep up the good work

Paul,

Any update on if/how to connect Spektrum satellites to the flyduino?
I read something earlier in this thread, but no final conclusion (at least not for me)!
This would require a lot less cables. Are there also any plans to provide a more detailed description on connections/setup for the beginner(s).

Ya, half the price (where are you getting your MTK, my ublox LEA6S is like $30), and 1/4 the performance. But it's ok because what's a pirate gonna do with accurate GPS signal anyway?
