In the meantime you should order some ESCs, props and motors so you don't end up as me: having the Mini but missing essential parts.

I only need my props and them I'm ready to go...
i got my turnigy 1811 already - was lucky to get them from german HK warehouse...and have some props + ESCs lying around here

just waiting for frame....

ordered enough of the small motors for 2 octos .
will build a custom mini frame , as i am very impatient to test them

when flydumini is available, i can compare the minis, and maybe switch the hardware to the new frame.

btw, the turnigy 1811 2000kv were delivered with 2 prop savers, one with o-ring, and one with alloy spinner (5mm) - perfect for our copters .

they are packed in the same box as some hextronic 24g i ordered in the past.

heavy stuff, been flying the mini outdoors too yesterday, but my flight looked a bit different.
Flew only autostable with the 1.8 patch2, fun, real fun and quite stable.

Ok i iwll put in the shop, just waiting for a saw to prepare some carbon sticks.
If you wont mind the missing carbon reinforcements, i am ready to go.

I don't think you'll really need the reinforcers.
The black one is damn stiff on its own.

I showed it off to some experts today and everyone said: "nearly unbreakable".
I think the weakest point in case of a crash will be near the motor mounts...

I agree to kinderkram!!

On the black one you don´t need something to make it more stable.

FlyduMini Outdoor

Congratulations, Nobert and Markus as always TOP.

Have been for Paul said, you may be given a broom handle (Nimbus 2000), the main thing is a motor to it, then you can also fly to.

FlyduMini First Flight (1 min 43 sec)

But I doubt to the motto, always reasonable to have no meaning I've brought my FlyduMini in the garden in the air.
Cruise around a bit and had my props, until I have more of it.

Thanks to Paul one, good job, your great idea FlyduMini.

Crongratz, hubi!

Mini video number 3 - looks really smooth and stable.

Please post your setup & settings, guys. So we have some corner stones for the following generations of Minis...

Maybe someone could open a new thread for the Mini?
Otherwise this thread here will become confusing.

Hi guys, need help, not get past easy!

Sun has a hexa with Flyduinoboard with 1.8 Wii software, has taken a long time now fly the copter as if on rails, now I'm gone I then turned the camera stabilization, commented out in Sketh the # define SERVO_TILT and # define CAMTRIG and upload, then servos connected to pins 44 and 45 and 5 volts to the Powerpin for Gimball, which is pin 46? Well anyway, I have no function in turn the servos twitch very briefly, the copter is moving, the camera has no stabilization function, what am I missing or doing wrong? ask for a small tip is an extra force to the BEC Powerpin for camera stabilization?

greeting

Dimi

The servos for the gimbal need an extra powerinput... they are not feeded by the internal power system.

thanks kinderkram, i think i will go with the 10g HXT and 6a turnigy esc, i have a couple of them already here but still need to order a few.

is there a useful tested all in one unit to replace WMP and BMA00? Not the FreeIMU, i use that for my bigger quad, maybe just a breakout board with both?

Which version of the Flyduino do you have?
I'd disable the trigger first (pin#46) and only use the pitch&roll stabilization.

Nimm mal erst den Shutter raus und probier, ob du die Servos mit den Gyros steuerst.
