By the way, it does not have to be thrown level. I happily throw it with the nose pointing up by 20 degrees or more. As long as you throw with full throttle, it has so much power that it immediately flies. Very easy.

Cheers,
Henrik

Not level in pitch... I meant wings level lol... I used 30 deg. Should have been more clear. If thrown with one wing down i've almost crashed a few times, it dips its wing and its hard to pull out.

I hold right wing root in right hand, throttle up with TX in left hand, when it gets light I let go and it flies off. maybe 75% throttle. Keep the nose pointed about 50-60* up it gently falls as it leaves your hand.

(Do NOT exceed 60* angle at release or a gust can cause a quick back flip remodeling the nose in short order!)

For anyone enjoying to hover EDF jets here are couple of pics of my "37lb Triptych" maiden drama due to very tail heavy model. Only my 3D flying experience help me to lick my wounds afterwards with only the broken nose and the w/tip, Joe.

Okay... are you kidding with this or is it real? ;-) If real, it's one of the most amazing RC aircraft I've seen! How the heck do you take off? I assume it has gear? Do you have any video of it flying? Incredible.

Yes it is for real, scratch built foamy at 37 pounds. My maiden didn't go exactly to my expectations due to tail heavy, so instead of flying I was battling to bring it down with mimimal damage by hovering it. Next flight will be another story, more info under EDF jets, Joe.

Hi guys,
probably the easiest way for hand launching.
Rohozec - čarodky3- 2012 (6 min 28 sec)

Little bit windy day.
for first flight, I used flat battery instead of fresh.
Second flight starting at 2:30.
Video made by photo camera, sorry for quality...

I need DX8 settings for this SebArt Mig 29. can anyone help please? Hobby-Lobby gave me one at SEFF for my Service and Sacrifices in the Army, was injured in Iraq. They flew my flags at SEFF, one I had in my body armor when I was wounded and one the president gave me which flew over the capitol when I was in the hospital.

Sure could use some DX8 settings. I'll have to get rid of this if I have no way to fly it. Thanks guys
