i can tell you from personal experience that when you file a ticket they provide quick support (at least the 2 time i have needed to do so)

Whoa - sorry everyone. I thought our customer support manger Ben was monitoring this thread now. We'll get this thread back on our radar immediately.

Just received an update from our manufacturer and we expect all backordered products in early August. As soon as we have an official ship date on each we will provide it in our store and here.

Is there any possibility of having mine before August?

I am asking this because my HoverGPS is for business purposes and my client's deadline is July 20th.
I was not expecting to wait too long because my HoverPRO was shipped really fast.

I am not complaining with you, but just trying to save my job...

why are you posting here.... just call them tomorrow. They actually answer the phone and you can talk to a real person

use google voice.... or skype

it is super cheap. it is how i call back to the USA from India or the EU when i travel

but i see your point.

then email their support or sales staff and they will respond. I have personal experience with emailing them.

i am just saying this thread or RCG is not how to get fast info from them

google voice is just as easy as well.

many cell phones today allow VOIP called via Skype or Google Voice over WiFi if that is a viable option (sorry if this is obvious)

Any word on more HoverFly gimbal controllers? The site say Mid-October, but I could use it way sooner than that.

Hi everyone,

Yes, mid-October is the current availability for new HoverflyGIMBAL orders.

We have been placing increasingly larger orders to keep inventory in stock for the HoverflyGIMBAL, but with all of the great customer response for this product our latest stock supply ran out three times faster than we anticipated.

With this latest production run we have increased our order size again, and expect once the new units arrive in mid-October we should have stock available into early next year.

We realize there are many people that need them now and we are doing everything we can to expedite the October order. Backorders will be filled in the order they are received so be sure to place your orders now to be at the front of the line. This list is already growing.
