Anyone recommend replacement servos? I heard grinding on one of mine and took it apart to find the plastic gear shredded. These are super cheap junk servos. Should I go digital and MG?

Are those compatible with the crappy radio and TX that came with the Hausler?

Yes But may need to get lead extensions they look kinda short.
Not a big deal for me I can solder some leads from my trashed ones.
I'm thinking they are analog though.

go big or go home right?
actually this is kind of my first time messing with big lipo's and i didn't know how big i could go they were out of 2200mah so i went with the 2650's even if i have to counter weight to keep my cog it's no biggie i think they are a whopping 29 grams bigger than 2200's

cant wait to get it! unfortunately, i have to work tomorrow at the firestation all day when fedex will be delivering it so, i have to figure out a way to sweet talk the wife into bringing it to me when it arrives, lol apparently they are delivering my new 9958 tomorrow too woohoo

i do have one question in FFF will the HH gyro keep the tail in line to where i have to move it or will it weathervane around like on the smaller heli's

i made a leveling tool like this
http://www.truebloodengineering.com/...uctions/8s.JPG

oh yeah im 2 hours south of you little town called temple texas my wifes grandma lives in mansfield we'll have to bench race someday first round is on me

Don't worry about the tail it well hold just fine out side.
You well want to play the gain nob alittle to dial it in but it well hold.
the right nob is Gyro controle from 0-50% is rate mode and 51-100% is HH

I just did a few Access doors for McLennan Community College in Waco lol

Henge MD922 digital servos

I have a couple. I found them to be very reliable (over 1000 flights with one on my 250 tail) but the tabs are very weak, and they don't seem to be anywhere near as fast as advertised. In the video below it takes 9 frames to go 120 degrees. That's 0.15 seconds for 60 degrees.

HENGE D922MG (0 min 37 sec)

At what voltage?
I don't want to do any 3D rite now just want something that well hold up and work good with the CX3X1000 gyro and maybe move to a HK600 GT L8tr.
