Hey COCO2010,
I am in the process of double'n up the upper frame..So I want to paint the lower superframe.
Other than getting it powder coated what do you suggest in painting ??? and should i primer it first ??? What has everyone else done ???

I rate Coco frame 20 outta 10, so good I bought two !!!!!

here is a pic of the fusonics installed on V400 (before i tipped it and tore the screw out) and im making new upper frames,will make two lefts and two rights, Using the side panel off an old computer almost got them made just some clean up and paint, then to find enough screw with nuts and washers for the servo to servo holder connections think ill replace the feather shafts and the main shaft seeing how i happen to have new ones.

Hey guys, have any of you ever had your heli shaking just because your gyro pots were turned too high? I have had this intermittent shaking situation that has gotten progressively worse. It seems a lot like when the blades are out of balance, except I don't think that really is the problem. Whilst flying, it gets worse when moving around through the wind, and it's seriously bad when I allow the heli to quickly drop altitude. But on the ground, it's so smooth you'd never think there was a problem. Oh, and the tail remains rock solid. I was poking around the 450 forum over at HF, and I saw it mentioned that cyclic gain can be tuned too high, and that got me wondering whether that is my problem as well with the V400.

check the front motor mount even a small crack on mine did that.

where its aluminum, need to ruff it up a bit with some steel wool, then wash it with vinegar,then a good primer then paint away.

Lets talk tools , im to old for these little allen wrenches i need something with a handle.
