belt driven cp quad idea

just a sketch... The motor pinion in the center will mesh with two opposing gears like this (top and bottom gears in the pic). The other gears (left and right) will mesh with the top and bottom gears, rotating in the opposite direction.

Its nice to see others also is pondering on the idea of a variable pitch multirotor. Your idea is very good, but I think it need a one way bearing somewhere, because if you use heli blades, their momentum will rip apart the gears when you cut throttle.

What if you put a 450 main gear with the clutch bearing in the middle and let this mesh with the four gears with the belt pulleys?
