I'm thinking I'll order more parts this weekend. I'll start taking orders once I have tracking on the parts.

Just keep in mind that these little units run pretty warm under heavy load, so watch them.

Sure, but they aren't in a hot rack with 500 watts of cpus/disks around them. Mine haven't gotten that hot, but then again when I'm maxing them out I only do it for 20 minutes since that is how long it takes to charge batteries with this setup/pl8.

akshu, I've updated the sticky thread with a picture of the kit. Should bring you some business.

Finally got a few minutes to install my Full Kit. The kit was top notch and installed in no time. My wife tells me that I'm "a bit of a perfectionist", so this kit must be good. :-)

Well worth the money, excellent value IMO. Thanks again schu.

Parts shipped to build 10 more kits. I added them to the website for delivery late next week. If you want one now is the time.

Thanks,
schu

Schu kits arrived all the way over in OZ yesterday and both kits installed that night :-)

I must also compliment you on the quality of the kits and how easy it was to install the kit.

Many thanks for all your assistance in catering for our needs much appreciated :-)

I've had a number of Canadians eh? try and check out eh? But the free shipping for those people wouldn't work eh? because it costs $7 more to ship to Canada eh? So I adjusted the shopping cart eh? to tack on the extra $7 eh so you folks in Canada eh? should be good to go.

Do the power supplies' cases need to be touching for them to work correctly? I have two of these units, one with DC ungrounded. Separately, they're both producing 12.6VDC, but after wiring them together with the jumper cable, they're only showing around 21VDC. I'm losing 4VDC somewhere and am getting confused. In the photo, the power supply on the right is ungrounded. The units are connected with foam tape, so the cases are not touching, in any way. Any help?

It shouldn't matter.

The problem is probably your meter getting confused since the DC on these isn't perfect when running them in series. In practice it hasn't shown to be a problem with lots and lots of people running in series, but it is something to keep in mind.
