Thanks guys.

Getting these kinds of complements in this group of talented artist is in itself a huge complement. I hope this will be the last build this big for a while. At 62+ inches itís a beast to move around. Always having to repair the odd bump or scratch, and donít even mention my back!

Now just to ask a question, looking at that last pic how old is your model of the Major? Or it there in the last pic tied alongside the full-scale one LOL!

Rmay the Major looks great . glad to see you went to chain drive. I was never able to get a belt drive to stop slipping and you want the power . the Major has 445hp. and can bring the water all the way over the wheel. here is a pic of the lady lois she has 500hp. also a pic of my scale speed rollers off the wheel. I love watching the water fly off the wheel. Hope to see some more on the water pictures and a video. looks awesome ...

Thanks tugboatjack! The issue I’m faced with now is finding a lake suitable for the Major to run around in. She’s almost 62” long, so a small pool doesn’t cut it for testing. My favorite lake has been converted from a quite little model boat lake to serious recreational park with paddlewheel boats and an abundance of over energized kids playing around.
