the only frowny faces around here in about a week or so will be the ones from folk like me that cldnt get one lol I cant wait to get to see vids from the maidens!!!If you guys dont video the maidens it ups the risk of a dead stick landing.

Video should be doable on mine. It is pretty exciting to get this plane.
It's almost as exciting when I got my 50cc SHP.

Isn't a .7 Volt forward voltage drop kinda high? And it looks like the diode thingy is limited to 16 amps continuous. Sure there are two of them, but if one goes (or if one battery goes) isn't it possible that a large plane w/ lots of servo's could overwhelm the remaining one?

I'm not very electric savvy but those are the questions I have based on the schematic.

What will happen as I have tried it as the higher regulator and battery takes all of the flight load and the lower regulator and pack do not get used. So for a normal flight of say 200 out of each battery this will pull roughly 400 out of the 1 pack and nothing out of the other.

oh, so you bumped the voltage on one to find out that it completely starved the other?... and they didn't explode like the Castle instructions seem to suggest?...
