Hey, regarding tx/rx choice.

These are the rx modules available that fit inside the goggles: http://www.readymaderc.com/store/ind...roducts_id=523 http://www.readymaderc.com/store/ind...roducts_id=524

These receivers are only compatible with Airwave based video transmitters (FatShark, ImmersionRC, some others) that use the following frequencies:

5.8GHz 5740, 5760, 5780, 5800, 5820, 5840, 5860MHz
2.4GHz 2414, 2432, 2450, 2468 MHz

Thanks Kev, appreciate you quick response.

I'll be using my Futba transmitter so am I correct that I'll need to purchase the 5.8GHz transmitter?

Any recommendation on the camera and panning mount?

I report that these are non issue at all, I was worrying about the same before I hit the buy button but the cups did not came off even once yet.
I had my winter hat on and FS over when I launch and then put the goggles on, no problem.
If you dont make the band too tight there is no way the cups will dig into your eye sockets at all. They are very light and I fell in love with them enough to retire my HP goggles with the mask. One reason I sold my second HP pair.
Smaller picture size "problem" goes away after 2nd flight and having no wires restricting your movements is a major plus. I can get away from my GS way over 100' totally unrestricted.
LOVE them.

I am farsighted and have been wearing glasses for that for years. I can't see up close without glasses to put it simply.

Can these goggles be used if you are wearing glasses?

I think they sell correction lenses for them.
Headplays have adjustable focus too bad FS do not.

They sell the correction lenses, called diopters. You get an assortment of lenses for $20.
