Does this mean that Landers is coming out with a new F4U or P40 to install these new retracts, or are they just replacements for the larger p40 an F4U out there?

Tim , my question is that the struct does not have a scissor spring . So I have seen this type if gear and the wheels want to turn left and right under the pressure of landing .
The set screws that hold the struts onto the retracts tend to come loose .
Have these retracts been tested under load of a plane on landing , do you have any video ?

I see hese options are available.

- 4mm Wire struts - Do these need a Bushing?

- Single suspension Metal Legs

- Dual suspension Metal Legs

I see several styles of single suspension legs.

In looking a the note on your site it says the single suspension legs are adjustable to two lengths of 120m and 140mm.

I also see a strut package on your site that includes a nose wheel strut but I not sure if that's available.


Could you list each style of strut available.

I need these measurements for each style of strut.

- From the end to the center of the axle or if adjustable what are those
measurements?

- Wheel Size that will fit that strut.

- Weight Range of Model it was designed for

- Wire Connector size or if a bushing is needed.

Thanks for all your help. I have been looking all over at struts and very few have the dimensions we need to know if they'll work on custom projects. After a while I get very confused

Thanks for your interesting of our products.
Attachd is some photos with illustraction for your referecne.
The wheel size range is from 55 -80mm (main gear) & 40-50mm (nose gear).
Our metal electric retract can be handled 60 -120 size and 3.5 - 7.5kg weight planes. The standard wire version is come with 4mm x 160mm with wheel adaptor holders. The 90 degree rotating function main gear set is designed for P-40 & F4U. All struts dia. size is 12mm and come with strong spring for suspension function.

Dear All,

I would like to introduce our new metal axle wheels (come with PU material tires) as an option spare parts for our metal electric retract. It will be applied to our full range products struts size (30 - 80mm). Attached is initial series for CMP - T45 version for sharing with all of you.
