The cockpit section is always the most critical point of an airliner model.
A high degree of craftsmanship is necessary to build this part really scale-like.
If you compare the windrider 737 with the Rauch models (as discussed earlier) the difference is clearly visible.

I'm not sure if this is a fare comparison guys. The difference is obvious, but again Ming has brought to us a model that is within reach economically for many of us. The Rauch short kit will set you back about 2 grand before you take to the air. The work involved is close to unimaginable. For those of you that have the skills it's not that much work to mod Ming's 737.

the Tail looks great ,did you make a decal or just glue the
printed photo to tail.

as far as the cockpit window ,mings air liner is great no need
to change the molds the fix is a new decal .
I'm not a detail nut , but from flying these for 35 years it
was the one thing I would like to look correct.

Yeah cheap and available to the masses is all fine and good, but it doesent cost any more to get something right when tooling is involved.

What ming has given us is a very first class job ,but whats best about
mings is you can build it as it is and get a great looking model
with a little work OR you can cover it add all the detail you would
like and it can be just as good or better than Norbert Rauch's 737, its up to the builder

I'm taking my time and will add certain things to enhance the model

Ming work is out standing , I did do my own correct window decal
