I'm running 7 channels, and a mere 14 servos...

Throttle
Ailerons (2 servos)
Rudder/Nose Gear Steering (2 servos)
Elevator (2 servos)
Flaps (One channel, two settings, servo delays for speed control) (4 servos)
Spoilers (4 servos)
Retracts (3 servo-less retracts)

Lights are off a battery lead (no RX channel used)

Well today my HET6904 fans arrived today and here is my question:
After having made room for my Hyperion motor and I mounted in the center as much as possible, then I fired the fan up with very little throttle and the fan started to scrape the inside of the housing. I stopped it immediately and took a piece of sandpaper and started to polish the inside and fired it up again and this time it sounded a lot better.

Can this really be true? Do all of you guys have scrapes on your housings?

I based my decision on all the info in this thread Change Sun 10 Blade 70mm. I have read through most of it and seems to be working just fine for lots of guys pushing it way harder than will be needed by this 737.

My main reason for wanting the 10 blade fan is to get closer to a turbine sound. Many other fans work just fine, but I'm after the sound. I posted some detailed photos of the CS 10 blade fan here.

I will post my results, but I won't have time to make my final motor selection and order until this weekend.
