MAX7456 OSD Break out board.
I was going to try to build and design my own OSD a year ago but never got around to it. I got a MAX7456 OSD board for it, soldered on male headers pointing down. It works just fine, I was able to use the test code with an arduino duemilanove to get all the characters on my screen. The only thing is, the C_Out trace lifted up so I had to solder on a tiny strand of copper wire. It test good for continuity though.
Spark fun wants $39 for it.
I wouldnt mind selling this for ~$25 or trade for FPV parts.
Edit: added pictures

I faintly recall someone trying it for that but I honestly have no idea if it would work or the time to test it. (I dont have any equipment that goes blue screen) You might be better off with some sort of converter or something.
