If you want top speed, you could go to 7S on the 6.25X10.
The MiniPyro has a max rpm of 33000, the only problem would be the esc!

I was planning it,but as you said, the ESC is the issue....if you can get a CC200 (which i tried with a piece of balsa i cut to the same size, and it is WICKED tight) in there, plus the extra cell (which is not a size problem, just go 5S in the back,2S up front) the plane would be getting on the HEAVY side, and that is the last thing i want to do right now.....with it's current setup,it is perfect,it handles great, and the speed has not bored me yet at all, gets my breathing heavy every launch

VERY COOL ! You will dig it.....So between You,Peter, and Myself,we can bounce Mucho Info on the Swist-Mini Pyro Combo.....On a side note,i am not sure you will enjoy it as much as i have, seeing how you did not try a bunch of DD and GB combos to allow you to know how good this Outrunner works .....You will just have it made from the start

I never found a second hand MiniPyro for sale on the web.
Once you get one you never want to part from it.
Even when you burn it (very hard to do), you can send it to Kontronik for repair for a reasonable price!

Doug,
Could you take two measurements for me please?

Could you take a measurement along the centreline of the fuselage from the front of the wing opening to the centre of your firewall and another measurement between the wing opening to the front of the fuselage please?

Could you also tell me how you "fixed" your wing flaps?

Thank you very much!

No Prob my man...38mm was cut off the nose, that puts the mount 100mm in front of the wing and the nose is now at 132mm in front of the wing.As far as the Gigaflaps,i just blue taped them to the wing and ran a bead of 30 epoxy down the bottom of the wing, then when that cured, just removed the tape and filled in the rest to make it all 1....Oh,and i also did a bead down the hinge line on top of the wing, also using bule tape to make a clean line.
