Owners of Aurora 9 transmitter or using the Hitec AFHSS Spectra Pro Modules and Optima Transceivers are now able to use their HPP-22
interface units to upgrade their or other users Optic Sport and Optic 2.4 Sport transmitters.

Those with an Optic 6 Sport or Optic 6 Sport 2.4Ghz will need to buy or borrow an HPP-22 and refer to:
Hitec Programmers - Download Station for HPP-22- Enables update to Aurora 9, Optic 5 & 6 Sport,
Spectra Pro Modules and Optima Transceivers.

Details of HPP-22 Updates are attached together with the Manual relating to the use and programming on PC of the Optic 2.4Ghz Sport.
HPP-22 drop down window now presents the standard Optic 6 Sport (35MHz < 72MHz) and the Optic 6 Sport 2.4Ghz as separate entities.

"Start" > "Programs" > "hitecrcd" > "HPP-22" >"uninstall"
before trying to update a new version - never use the Windows control panel.

. The RF "module", whilst fixed into the Eclipse 7 Pro, Optic 5 and Optic 6 Sport, has separate firmware,
which relates to all
Hitec 2.4Ghz Spectra Modules, so must be updated as a separate unit as documented in the
Optic 6 Sport Manual - copy page 12 is attached.
