RoyalEVO screen problem

Hello everyone:

Yesterday, when I went to my flying field for test a new design I discovered that my brand new RoyalEVO has a problem on his screen: five lines have disappered! I tried the old Microsoft solution (power OFF-power ON) but without success: the problem was still there.

Anyone has experienced the same kind of problem? It seems a screen failure, so should I send all the TX for repair or only the screen (I donīt want to lost the programming of my models)?

The radio can still be used, but I lost the info of these five lines (one pixel height each one). I hate to be without radio on summer sesion...I hate to have a new radio with so an untimely failure...

Greetings,

Sorry to hear about the problem. You would need to send the radio to Multiplex for repair.

Mike.
