This beautiful Xplorer has served me well for the entire 2010 contest
season with 3 Florida Soaring Series wins and many contest places. She
gave me my LSF V wins at Kennyworld and at the Midsouth in Tullahoma
TN and 3 weeks ago she won the Grand Champion at the Tangerine.
She is an awesome flyer and I have taken her out twice from just a
hand throw. You can be assured of not just a good flying airplane but
a proven performer.
The aircraft has a few small blemishes as shown in the photos with a
couple of cosmetic wrinkles in one stab and a little bit of hangar
rash on the center section. The plastic flap wiper has a little piece
broken out in line with the servo and a small indentation in the
trailing edge. The rudder has a couple of tiny nicks in the wiper. The
leading edge has a small repair where I hit my foot on a downwind
landing at the WSM. I have photographed those areas so you can see
them. None of them are visible from 6 feet away, or are a structural
issue, or interfere with the great flying characteristics of this
bird.
Has JR DS3421 MGs on Elev and Rudder. Airtronics 94761Z MG's on Ail
and Flap. Includes 5 Cell 1400MaH NiMh. Add your own Rx and fly.
This X is easily the best TD plane I have ever flown and makes
landings look easy. It outfloats many floaters and has amazing legs as
well.
