hi,

yes there is, my fuselage is build up that way (wider then high), if i would have the canopy on top or bottem the strenght would be gone or to small canopy to have acces thru.

it also makes it possible to slide a big bar of lead in piece in ,

i think in the first post are drawings of the ballast arrangement .

hi jonas,

cam: rino
milling software : usbscnc v3

yesterday (actually this morning) i put the first zone v2 wing in the mould , with cf d-box , no rds yet.

i needed more epoxy then expected so i'm a bit nervous about the weight , but it's hard to predict cause much goes into the paper to dip it dry.

we'll see tomorow...

it's very stiff and the skin is attached perfectly(i was affraid for this when i decided to buil by this method)

weight 125 gram's and i can get off 5-10 gram's on hardpoint's and reduce of resin usage .

here are the pictures...

new set of tail's

hi,

i pulled my new tail set today but here a little heavy , 15gr/set that should be reduced to 12-13 gr.

but they match my new zone v2 wing!

15g works even better. With digitals, 400mA lipo and regulator I don't need more then 5-10g of nose weight and 13g-15g tails is so much more durable. All that in 265g-275g AUW.
