Agree that Vegas is probably easiest to use to throw clips together. Both Adobe (Premier) and Sony (Vegas) have consumer versions of their software for around $100. I think Vegas is a bit easier to do basic stuff and transition clips. A free program came out not too long ago called LightWorks. I downloaded this and honestly have not tried it but might be worth a look.

That's the thing..... MTS is a Sony proprietary codec. It came with your Vegas program, but it doesn't come with Windows Seven.

.also I highly recommend Vegas. 100 bucks, very capable, and not that difficult to use if you take your time.
Thanks. I will look into that.

Thanks for all of the nice HPP comments guys. It always feels good to know our efforts are appreciated.

There's not a trial membership but there is a free sample gallery here:

I guess EF got their containter in or about to. I got an instock notification. Looks like they have:

104" Extra
78" Extra
2M Vanquish
64" MXS both colors
48" Vanquish

There are probably some other restocks that I did not catch. No 88" Edges though.

Actually we shot that prototype MXS plane with Ashley at SEFF too. Slated to be in the 2013 calendar now but nothing's final til we see all the shots in early November and make final selections.

48" Extras are out of stock. I'm glad I got one more and saved the plush box. I am guessing the next shipment will be in the white boxes with the labels.

I am hoping my camera guy makes it today so we can shoot some video with the Extra using the MXS wingtips. The difference is subtle, but I think if you want to make the Extra groove a little better and fly a little smoother it is a worthwhile mod.
