Does anybody know the kv of the stock motor in the umx beast? I just got an extra lbl brick, and want to know if its worth getting another stock motor,, or should I use my original eflight park 180 motor,, or is there an HK motor better suited for 2 cell lipo?

Original plan was to convert OG micro sukhoi to brushless brick. However,, I may just do up a simple flat foamie. In any case, I would like to optimize the brushless motor setup for the stock brushless brick and 120mah 2s lipo.

People have already tried an AP05 on that brick and it cuts out because of current draw too high, you are pretty much stuck with the stock motor or a custom wind to fit within the parameters of the ESC.

I just searched the horizon web site. stock beast motor 2300kv. Stock eflight park 180 motor 2200kv.

I do know the stock beast motor works well with gws 5045 prop. Not much change in performance though.

Going to shop HK for a similar motor. Will avoid the ap05. Thanks!

The 2000Kv 5g HXT Outrunner should pull less than 3A with that prop.
