FW-190 scale spinner
I wanted to have the Focke as real as possible and the supplied spinner was not one of its nicest features.
The aluminum one fron HK has been gone for good I think, so I decided to make my own.
Since I am very limited in tools right now ( small apt) I had to figure out what to use to turn a nice plug for a fiberglass spinner. Using wood was out of the options, so I imagined that using somethig softer will do the biz.
First I tought of foam, but too dusty and also temperature sensitive.
Finally I decided to go for plaster, common plaster, not artist plaster that cost more than a real spinner.
Please follow the photo sequence.
