I take the short videos to freeze frame good pics from them . My old P O S P C doesn't have adequate memory to quickly edit and splice videos together of fly by after fly by ... That's where someone like Bajoras talents are needed.

Get yourself a little pocket Canon Power Shot or similar . A 36 pack of double A batteries . Try to learn manual focus feature so the darned thing stays focused. Then in bright sun light find the plane in the view finder and zoom in when it's out there and wide angle when it gets closer. Set up a You Tube account , up load the vid to it. Then copy the URL to here. And after you've done all that feel free to critisize my videos any time...

i hope u did not take my " short " comment out of context? i only meant that i hoped they was no demise of the mig, that may have caused the short flight/ vid ? as i can barely figure posting pics , i for 1 will never critique anyone that has the ability and takes the time to post vids.

I finally got the lipos for my Katana (and other 50mm 4s setups)

I didn't put it on the Eagle tree logger test rig, but did a quick run up for you guys, after installing a new 4s ESC.

The fan was run on the bench, out of the jet.

Here the specs.

Equipment:
EDF: Wemotec 50mm Microfan
Motor: HET 240-15-4800
ESC: ZTW, A series, 2-5s, 30A
Lipo: Sky lipo, 4s, 30c, 1300mAh

Performance:
Amps: 21
Watts: 336

This is a pretty hot litle set up. It would surely be very fast in the Screamer, But I prefer the Katana airframe. so it will be the first testbed.

That's only the second jet of mine that has flown stock. Not for long.
That's the problem with me flying....I can't video tape too. I have a Canon HD camcorder. Next time. you and James fly our stuff, I'll do some filming. I'm not the best, but I've done quite a few of them.
