Toysonics and Parkrcmodels. I haven't bought anything from either but have not heard negative reviews either.

Jammed the Lander 10-blade "53-56mm" into my Katana and ran it on the watt meter. Peak ~400W (26-28A on 4s) but realistically a 850-1000mah lipo isn't hitting that for long.

Thrust wise, it only took 20% throttle for it (weight without battery - 360g) to begin pulling my Ernst Ultra Stand with it. Spec says 650g of thrust and I believe it!

EDIT: And the sound is a nice whoosh.

I tried toysonics for two edf kits but the shipping costs the same as the two planes at $80 I decided against it, found one off the two I wanted over here instead , ill do without the other.

Harry,
Of all the vendors, I've had the best dealings with Toysonics, however they do not
stock the F-86. The only two places I know of are BH and HK International.
If you don't want to deal with HK, and can't wait for the regular kit from BH,
as of 10:15 EDST, you can order all the parts for it excluding the landing gear.
If you choose to go this route, plaease contact me on this site and I'll send you the PDF of the assembly manual.

that's just the Lander unit but in different colours, probably for a very attractive price as usual at HK

I bought my unpainted F86 frame (foam only no hardware) from Hobbyb.com - they offer just foam-only, kits, and PNP.

That field is Apollo Xl in Van Nuys Ca. It's in a park called Sepulveda Basin and serves as the prime flying site for the L A area. Everything and anything from park flyers , helis , control line, turbines and whatever can be found there on any Sunday. I like it better than Disneyland.

Finally got the A6 finished what a pain this was with bent and Warped parts.

Changed to 6 blade fan and housing same as my other setups with 30a esc running 4s

Paint reacted with glue in some parts. Made the tanks magnetic so I can fly with or without them. Still looks a little bit out so Ive still got some weight on it

Cf rods to help keep wings straight

Wait n see how it flys now not really got great expectations but u never know I may be suprised.
