Attention Pilots: EFEST strongly recommends you operate your aircraft on 2.4GHz this year, as there will be no 72MHz frequency system in place. Unless Santa come through for me I will be flying 72MHz. Is there a way to track what frequencies pilots will be on on the registration page? Or maybe compile a list here. It would at least be nice to know before hand if your channel is going to be shared or not.

yes there is open flying. i went last year for the first time and had a great time. i will be going back this year.

I sent my money in. I have only missed one of these. I go to shop, see people, watch some fun stuff happen, Like the "Animal" and the pylon race, Prize drop, and see more new stuff.

Some say that Frank Noll was the "father of 3D", while I wasn't involved in the hobby then, so I don't know for sure, but Frank is a fun guy to watch fly. I love to watch them fly. Frank and Qui Que are the only model pilots to fly their models with full scale pilots in outdoor air shows.
This is a fun event to just watch, but it is worth the price of admission to be able to fly. You get far more in your pilots package than the registration fee.
