I'm trying the Haiyin 6s 3600's this time... and they're in stock. Mine should be here next week

Ohio...Have you looked at the Revolectrix diamond series?

My gens ace 25c have been hit or miss, mostly miss.

The Revolectrix haven't been completely without problems, I had one that had a manufacturing defect in the balance port, but they replaced it with a photo, 2 or 3 days from singapore.

I don't have enough flights on them to know if they will hit 200 flights, but so far so good. My son loves the 2200s compared to the Gens Ace 25C.

The following is from MCSGUY. Battery load test comparison

The person running the show on the batteries posts here at RCG, REVOJohn

I am not affiliated with Revolectrix, just to be clear.

P.S. I view self-claimed C ratings from all manufacturers as part of the model number...the chart above speaks more loudly than claimed C rating. I don't think all 25C gens aces perform the same. Sometimes you get a good battery, sometimes you get a great battery. Performance wise, the four revolectrix batteries I was using have been pretty consistent.

Certainly not the results I got from my 60C revo 6s5000 packs.

The ones I had got returned and refunded. Worst packs I had ever seen in the specs quoted they measured out lower then 20C equivalent, got hotter then nanotech and yielded almost 1000W less on a large 12s setup I am running.

Odd, I'll ask more questions later. I trust a good lab setup so I am curious to hear about your set up and the possible reasons for the discrepencies.

Thanks for the info I appreciate it. I don't like paving the way though, I am way more comfortable using what a lot of flyers use, just not enough feedback out there for them.

Forget the ab test discussion, I been wn that road with revoJohn.

Actual testing down on hacker q80-8m with castle ice2-160Hv and mej24-10TH prop in my 12s87" Sbach using watt meter in line.

The revo's gave 1000W less then the nanotech packs one fesh charge packs measuring initial peak numbers.

If these revo packs are really that good I suspect I got some poor packs.

The IR off my iCharger were up in the 6-7 mO per cell at storage volts compared to the nanos which area around 1-2mO per cell.

John wrote this off as cheep iCharger which can't be trusted.

I trust the iCharger so I sent the Revo packs back.

Glad you enjoy yours, but I wasn't going to fly a $3000 plane trusting the revo packs I had received.

Anyone using the Sky Lipo 6S 3300 40C batteries, are they really 633.75g as listed? Seems 100g overweight.

Yeah, I can't remember what was said, but that would be almost 4 oz heavier than my 30C that weight just under 510g with Deans.

Seems there is a big variance in the weight of the skylipo 6s 30C 3300s... I heard from 494g to 422g.
