I know a lot have written me asking for plans. Unfortunately, they are not available as of yet. There are still some sections that need time and attention. I am currently working on the wing sweep section of the plane and think I have found a solution that will work. The wings are being revamped a little to suit a B-1B's control surfaces. This model has been over 2 years in the making (from inception). It has been through MANY phases of plans from foam injection to 6mm construction.

<rant>This project could have been sped up x10 fold, however, other members would not release their plans for the B-1B and gave me the run around . I do not wish to do that with anyone, I just need some more development time to ensure that these plans are good for all to use</rant>

The team that is assembled for the project is awesome to say the least, so please be patient.

Thanks Everyone!

B1 plans - Wish in one hand and spit in the other.

Well, the beat goes on for sure. I've asked a half a dozen folks for plans too and so far no joy, so I decided to bit the bullet and do it the hard way. Just ordered the $59 Revelle model yesterday. When it gets here, I'll break out the old calipers and start drafting.

Hopefully someone will get a video up one day of their project flying. Those too seem to be hard to find.

I did a twin pusher about 4 1/2 years ago. Flew great and is still flying today. I don't draw plans but fuelsguy drew some up for my build thread after I was done and they have been posted there.
Just in case they help any.

I can already see the big one, with all the panel lines and details molded into the ultra-light top skin...and all the cool gadgets and devices, the wings sweeping at the perfect rate

Im working some overtime to get some clear space to finish the MD and get to work on this one. What a pretty plane.

Updated more on:http://www.b-1b.net
I've reviewed the site and found an edit that should be fixed, insert the red:

Quote:
My aircraft that I was managing was tail number 850066. The breakdown is 85 being the year of birth, and 0066 being the 66th one produced. During the time I was assigned to this jet, I have had no major discrepencies; (as long as I kept the Doritos under the seat)and for a B-1B this was an oddety.
