Thank you! It is South Africa. All clips were shot in a town called Somerset West. When I have the time I will definitely be changing the frame to get the props out of the picture.

I saw the seagulls out of the corner of my eye and adjusted as quickly as possible. The wind was gusting to 20 mph so I was lucky to get the shot at all.

Most of the jerkiness is from YouTube as you said. I am extremely happy with the nex 5n. Amazing little camera with a great lens. The av200 had its problems but with a 3 turn pot (instead of 10 turn) and larger gear on board made it more accurate.

This isn't a HFP, but if Hoverfly is looking for inspiration this might do the trick.

Not sure what to make of it other than it is freaking hilarious.

I hope the Los Angeles Realty Association and LAPD don't see this. [Maybe they should...]

Did some flying yesterday and while it was some ugly scenery, it was wide open and I could fly far and fast! Some tiny vibration problems but overall good times.

Hoverfly SPORT hard at work!

It's a GoPro Hero 2 shot at 720p 60fps. What's probably deceiving about it is that I used a filter in FinalCut Pro X to remove the fisheye warp normally associated with the GoPro. It worked pretty well!

Hey thanks Adidas! I really enjoyed this one myself.

No gimbal on this frame, I just picked out mostly level flights

I did try and run it through the stabilizer in Final cut but for some reason it got worse. I think that remove fisheye filter helped a bunch and may be why it looks stabilized, tilt anyway, because now the horizon is always flat instead of warped.
