If you mean how do you change the mini-din plug to a 3.5mm jack and assuming you don't want the e-sky connectivity, then your best option would be toc ut the S video connector off and and then simply connect GND to GND and the tip of the jack plug to whatever wire accepts the PPM signal on. The only way I can think of is to plug the jack into the socket on the TX and with the interface connected try each wire in the cable to the tip terminal on the jack plug to see if it gets a result.

Without knowing what voltages could be present on the wires coming from the TX or the interface I'm not going to be held responsible if it damages your TX, the interface or both - you do so at your own risk

Thank you so much opinion.
I'd like to make convert socket, I will to use by VGA acc.(multi socket).
Because,I don't want to cut line original FMS S-video conncetor.

Can you tell me how to connect line to line? (GND, signal +)
Just Need I simply connect to connect 2 line?
Please tell me about pin info.
Actually , I don't know very well about this port output signal.
So, I'm worried about wrong connect.
I need a little more your description about it.
(Please, need a simple photo and explain briefly)

I found my socket info. (http://www.mftech.de/buchsen_en.htm)

When I have done, Can I use switch(gear and flap) in simulator?
-Important this thing.
Because, I already have a 4ch simulator Transmitter for only PC.
but this is no have switch. I want to use switch by TX

I'm waitting your reply, Thank you.

If you don't want to cu off the existing plug, then you'll need to make an adapter up from an inline socket to suit the E-sky plug, connecting pin 1 (as you look at the plug on the USB interface face on it will be the reverse of that image - so it will be bottom right) to the tip terminal of the 3.5mm mono jack, then connect the GND to the shaft terminal. That should work

I made it done. Succeed.
But, My plan was changed.
Because, I can't use gender(S-VIDEO).
When I make it done that had a short circuit (GND,Signal+)
So, I connection it direct line in PCB. very very Simple and good.

I have some problem in Realflght G4.5 Simulater.
I don't know setting about TX switch (Flap, Gear.)
I was check setting (pass though. but I can't use.. )

Thank you.
