I escaped the Los Angeles madness in late 1995 but the one thing I do miss are the southland beaches (along with the miles of barely clad female forms).

When I visit my villa on the coast. Along the beach in an westerly direction about half a mile. There the sun lovers do not wear bikinis. They wear nothing, as it is a naturist beach.

I surfed the whole western coastline, wayyyy back in my young days. Loved the California/Oregon coastline.

I left SoCal in late '95, been back once, 2001. Tooooo many people, too much traffic, too expensive. Now... I live in the country, small town pop 998 - Love it.

But I do miss the beaches out there...

I'm the exact opposite. I could not live in a place that is not right on the ocean. I would feel well, claustraphobic.

I'm catching up on the read here and ROFLMAO. You Guys are too much. And I thought the other thread I go to are outrageous...

Anyway I'd like to squeeze in a few pics to see what you Guys think. I went from 2 1/2" to 3" Sport wheels. The only thing I'm worried about...will this thing do a loop on take off Ha...

If you Guys could do a quick measurement to see the comparison, that would be great.

Why did you spread the landing gear with the new tires?

I think they needed to be spread out anyway. Wasn't paying too much attention while changing everything out. But "high speed cornering" sounds cool too

Next is the battery box mod

If that is what you want to do, you need FAT balloon type wheels. See if you can find some 3 in. Trexlers. Those skinny wheels that you have, are just going to bury in the grass and nose ya over.
Look at the wheels on a FunCub for example of what rough terrain wheels should look like.
