What's a airport?

No Real VT Maple Syrup being made today...It's snowing again. WTH!

Bonus points if your suggestion is in the North East. Just for grins, leave out the obvious giants like Horizon, Tower and Wholesale Trains for the moment.

Yeah, yeah, yeah…I know everything comes from China anyway but I like buying my food and other things necessary to sustain life (like RC hobby stuff) locally. Plus, my luck at casino gambling sucks which is what buying from HK feels like all too often. Although money IS an issue, when things go south, being able to pick up the phone with at least some chance of getting the issue resolved has value to me.

Resident reactionary old fool.
There's a bunch..
As suggested Headsuprc. 2 buck shipping on any amount except for planes.
Planes are 5 buck shipping. Located in Florida.

BP Hobbies located in northern NJ. They ship so fast you get it yesterday. Carries almost everything Headsup doesn't.

Another is Atlanta Hobby. It's a nice reliable place for almost anything. Sign up for their news letter. Proof that at least some people in Georgia have some intelligence.

Also, HobbyKing has a USA warehouse with limited supply. Mostly lipos and planes but it's growing. When you log on just look to the right and click on USA warehouse.

There's more.....it matters what it is you're looking for.
Most my stuff I get from Nav for free cause I have video that would put him away for 10-15 years.

The Home must have given him more internet time for not wetting the bed last night.

will be much quieter and have extra power for float flying.

Planning on using the stock 9x6 prop....??
The 9x6 is a bit small. With a GWS 10x6 prop it runs at 14 amps, 175 watts with a 1700 3 cell.
Don't increase prop sizes unless you check draw with a watt meter.
If you don't have one or don't know how to, just make some noise here. We'll get you through it.

I'm good at making noise!
Have an analyzer....soon as the esc arrives will hook it up and check draws.
Will pick up a couple GWS 10x6s....do you think the same prop will work with floats....?

Wow...thanks to all (lowdive, Jo, Gene, Pops, Max (Bob A) Headspeed) for all the replies and PM's on the subject of an "online" LHS. Lots to sort through.

Yep. With brushless the power is there. You will just use more throttle to take off and cruise with the added weight and drag of the floats. You will feel the difference when hauling floats around but the motor has the extra power compared to stock. I've hauled some cameras up that were heavier then those floats are with a weaker bl motor. Once you get use to the thrust you'll be pulling stumps out with it in your front yard.
I don't have floats. I guess I should get them someday but I'm concerned with the Great White and Gator population in the lakes around here.
