Ive been noticing that is cheaper here in the US than it is back home

Price of gas back home was 1.32/litre

US here is 3.52/American gallon which is 3.78 litres

The Canadian (imperial) Gallon is 4.78

If you do a price per litre for US it's about 1.1/Litre


Canadians really are getting bent over at the pumps


Our vehicle back home from empty to half tank is about $30-35

Here is NC its $ 20

Rob, you know cutting across the track is illegal right? I'm a bit confused...shouldn't the bleachers be located across the track on the other side "facing" the race track. I can't imagine being a spectator there..my neck would break on the first run of the cars, unless you have eyes in the back of your head It looked like you Guys had a ball.

It's not actually an RC track, we are the first that I know of to use it as one. We are going to be building ramps and throwing down some old tires and 'suping' it up. My buddy and I are excited about it. Further down to our right from where we are in the vid is where the dirt bikers go to jump and do crazy air time flips; some of them are as young as 15 yrs old!!

It ain't perfect but we're going to work with what we have.

I've been thinking more and more about getting a good truck BUT cannot afford it right now unfortunately.

2WD Traxxas slash. I can't say enought amazing things about it. It's a tank, it just about never breaks. Out of my fleet, it is always the one that comes home still in one piece. It truly is amazing.

I also have a slash 4x4 which has been a headache but I've finally got the mods to address the major design flaws on it.

I also have a traxxas rustler which is good but breaks more than my slash 2wd.

It's the greatest basher I've ever seen. I never thought I'd be a basher but after watching some vids, I had to start jumping mine. Watch this video:

They are brushless motors but you don't need much else. I got mine used for $140 shipped as a roller. My friend in the video is running his totally stock with a brushed motor. I almost started to buy aluminum upgrades for mine and then I realised that I never break anything so I decided to keep it stock plastic. Parts are cheap too. THey come up for sale used every now and then. I'm sure people would anser a 'wanted' ad too.
