I had a white Christmas eve morning.. It was gone by noon,,, but I'm calling that a white Christmas.. Also calling it enough snow for this winter and waiting for spring to get here......... In April...

I dropped by my LHS today for something to do. All I can say is RC drivers are (with the exception of HC)

NUTS, BONZO, CRAZY!

It has been raining in buckets the last couple of days and these nut cases are out there driving around in the rain, the mud and the grime all the time getting soaking wet in the process. To top it off, they are smashing the daylights out of their vehicles by running into rocks, trees, each other and flipping over.

There was an endless stream of four wheel vehicles smashed beyond any and all recognition. I had no idea that an R/C vehicle could be destroyed in so many ways. There were some very serious parts sales today. As far as heli parts went, one customer needed some bits for his Scout CX. Apparently one lone mall heli kiosk customer came in, pitiful and forlorn. There was nothing that could be done for him. It was suggested that he invest in a MCPX.

^^HA! HA!! Yeah, rain and RC land vehicles can be a lot of fun.

I dug some 'roads' out of the snow in my teeny, tiny backyard and have been driving my newly painted yellow wraith out there while being nice and warm at my kitchen window. I get stuck in the snow every now and then so I do have to keep the boots near by
It's been a fun and low key day. Too bad I work tomorrow and for the rest of the week but at least it's a short one

Hi all,
I got the monster installed today. Had to outsmart the box. When we were moving the stove, initially, I didn't realize that it was packed with firebrick. As a result of removing the brick, I was able to maneuver the widowmaker into the fireplace. I'm almost looking forward to it cooling down, so I can fire 'er up.. It got to a reasonable 15`C. ...about 65`F.
Bob, you hearing this?!? It's supposed to be near 70` for a couple of weeks, and calm.

There is the proof that HC has far more intelligence than the average RC driver. He was clever enough to figure out how to stay warm and dry inside while his vehicle was out in the snow. It must be the heli influence.

Yep, I do that in winter time too.
I sit by the window.
If I flip etc, then I gotta run outside lol.

I put a jacket on and just go outside to play. Only restricted to indoors by rain and that's not too often. We get around 20in precip/yr. Aver. daytime temp are around 60`F through the "winter".
