Question
Please Help! Can I use 14.8V 2200mAH on ParkZone F-27C Stryker?

Hi Folks

I've not been having much luck with EDF lets and crashed the AMX with vector and have all the electronics, and lipo battery. I'm considering the Park Zone Stryker and had a few questions hopefully someone can help with:

Current Parts (from new Jet)

Drive System: Ducted Fan 64mm (Powerful Outrunner Brushless Motor)
Servo: 6X 9g high speed micro servos
Speed Controller: 45 Amp Brushless Speed Control
Battery: 14.8V 4-Cell 2200mAh 20C Li-Polymer

Dx6i Spektrum Radio and AR6200 receiver

1.If I got the PNP version of the Stryker, would my 2200aAh batteries work without issues?

http://parkzone.com/Products/Default...ProdID=PKZ4275

2. Am I better off buying the parts for the Stryker (example bare fusulage and using the ESC from the new jet) and building vs dropping $160 for PNP version of the stryker?

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Those guys have the strykers going smoking fast.
Talk to GryponRCU or moparmyway. (Stryker gurus IMO )

You will need some heavy duty servo with the stryker on 4s. It goes so fast the stock servos just can't move the control surfaces! A4speedjunky has one and when he tested on 4s it would have to be used at WOT only on the passes and then would would have to cut back on throttle just so it could turn! His was not stock though so not sure if the esc and motor could hang? A guy we used to fly with had one set up as an edf just used a pod for the edf back top center. It also had landing gear and could ROG! As efflux RC
