It may indeed actually be 1 Ohm but it has a tolerance of 5%, does this mean that there's some uncertainty in this religion thing.

The gold band is the multiplier, divide by 10, not the tolerance which would be on the fourth band which is missing.That means a tolerance of 20%.

It's just a more tolerant religion is all

Oh I beg to differ there if you look closely you can see a fourth band which is a different shade of gold.
