Besides meat is a lousy source of protien, if you want a high quality protien then try mushrooms and lentils, I never lift weights yet one could brake a plank on my belly. oh and do you know how I open my healthy delicious walnuts? with my biceps! and one of the best things, I only pass gas like once a month if that!

Reminds me of a For sale ad on the local outdoor sports forum a couple of weeks ago.

Guys are always putting up junk used cars for sale and the inevitable question comes up about wanting just parts. Sort of ticks some of the guys off.

This guy put up an ad "For sale 6 YO Angus Bull"

And of course the first response was "You willing to part it out? I just need a couple of things".

Probably had to be there and know these local dudes but I found it hilarious.
