You won't wilt and die. As long as you have a body that gets you around you stand a 100% chance of recovery. Just don't show up at an interview with any gooey stuff dripping off of you.

Only happened to me once and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to me. Within a year I was making three times as much money.
Chin up and get out there and make it happen.
