Sorry Goose... WE.... just got back from a good thermal session at Old Mill. That's where I'd like to fly. Lots of Grass, and I swear, as long as LeMon doesn't talk about the "you know what", it will be perfect conditions.

I wish you guys were down here for ribs and fixins. This hobby is so addictive. I am not even going home to eat any more. She is bringin it to the field for us. bless her heart I love that girl

Spent 45 minutes paying attention to my throw and I found that it's when I leave the ground right at the end and land and twist on my left leg=pain!!!!

I also found if I really concentrated I could get almost as high with a nice clean easy throw as when I get all crazy.

Keep it up, Jon.
Stay on the balls of your feet throughout the spin-- especially right after release.
Throwing like nuts is asking for injury. You'll get the same launch height with an easy, deliberately smooth launch.
