That St. George house Tim is considering renting for the Red Rock event looks awesome! Near Entrada golf course, Snow Canyon. Sleeps 6 - 10. Three big plazma TV's, shared pool in back yard, garage, jetted tub, luxury kitchen, BBQ & fire pit on patio, etc. Will cost each guy less than a cheap motel if they get a full group. Check it out HERE.

OK, so I got flight modes showing up on my screen, but I can't adjust them with trim, because my flaps are on my throttle stick. Can anyone help?

The usual three flight modes are set on a toggle switch, and if FM is set on the system menu, (hold down the top left menu button when turning the tranny on) each switch setting will remember the trim settings last adjusted for that switch position.

The slide switch up & to the right of the JR logo will adjust the flaps & ailerons the same direction at the same time.

That takes a few mixes.

My push button is Aux3, so I mix Aux3 to elevator, another mix with Aux3 to rudder, and a third Aux3 mix to the timer. Set the throws in the mix.

There are two timers, I use the stop watch function & clear it with the clear button on the front of the tranny.

Somewhere there is a link to get the Aux3 push button to be a momentary contact, I do not have my tranny handy so I can't see how I did it.

I also have the lever switch behind the pushbutton to turn off the flaps during launch. This was a result of inadvertently knocking the flap lever down during launch! Not a good result with a high powered nose in 20 ft out! I will look that up also.

OK... I just thought that button was the timer stop start. I have a seperate F3K timer I'll be flying with, so I just want to get what you're calling Aux3 (I thought it was the timer switch), to give me a little up elevator and just a hair down flaps for launch (I think that's how it should be set up... Mike?). If anyone can help me figure out where the link is for turning that switch into a momentary, well that'd be just plain awesome!

Had this in my notebook, but the actual links are missing.

In the system menu, under device select, I have AUX3 to Time SW set.

Does the weather look that much better down there? It's dark and gloomy here, even a fresh skiff of snow on the ground
