it looks just like losi's but no where near as bad as that.im waiting for a nice day to get some footage outside rather than in my living room like I have been. I need to get closer to the heli so you can actually see the vibes.

someone in a previous post said it looks "nervous". Thats a perfect way of saying what mine looks like.

I don't think the behaviour is that weird: The gyro is loose and free to vibrate, AND the servo is moving. I am guessing the servo movement is transmitted through the heli, making the gyro move, which in turn makes it react again. It seemed to calm down when you held it!

I need something light and reinforce my skeleton skids, and that will mold easily, and cure with in 2-3 days. Any ideas what I can use?

Hmm, something fundamentally wrong here as your blades are barely turning at all.

I think you need to first reprogram the high and low throttle points in your ESC as a starting point. (unplug battery, turn tx on and set throttle to full, plug battery into heli, after a confirmation beep from ESC, move throttle to low, and should then get some sort of confirmation tune.)

You then need to make sure your throttle curve is right. You sound like you have been playing with the throttle trim. Set the throttle trim back to zero, and check that your throttle curve has 0 at the first point, and 100 at the last point. (Actually, make sure you have the thottle curve correct before reprogramming the throttle points on the ESC.)

Probably a good idea to remove the heli blades when you try all this.

Let us know how you go.

I wonder if the one-way bearing might be backwards?

But I agree, definitely remove the main and tail blades while you try to figure it out.

how exactly do you do that??

probably a broken or uninstalled shear bolt, top or bottom, or the pinion/main gear mesh

I did while learning in the beginning of this year. I halved a piece of foam-tube and ziptied it under my skids. Combined with the training gear it held nicely
(the stuff you can put around metal pipes of radiators to prevent heat loss)
$1 solution

You also need something on the bottom of the vertical tail fin to prevent it ditching in the snow.
