Shoot, back to square one. Now I went to give it a test flight and it was back to normal

If you tightened the belt and still have problems then it could be the tail drive pulley:



This part can fail leaving the shaft spinning inside the small plastic gear, which would result in low power to the tail. Here's a link that shows how to replace this part:

I think the belt stretched a little, I tightened it again and went outside...it flies! scared the crap outta myself when it launched off the ground like a rocket, but the tail holds just fine.
Now I think I'm going to reset everything to factory defaults as I have screwed up all the settings and obviously I don't know how to react quite yet to this thing doing things it shouldn't...time for realflight!

frame with all parts shown including:
head, swashplate, main shafts, extra grips, feathering shafts, etc
4 sets of carbon blades, 1 wood
5 tail tubes
aluminum tail with belt
- make offer on what you want
Eflite 440 motor $35
Align 35A esc $30 - sold
3-5065mg servos, 1-5084mg servo $30 ea or $100 for all 4.

Hi Guys I'm new on this thread as i have decided to fix my Blade 400 almost after 2 years ,I started with blade and then moved t o Fixed wing aircraft's . Since I was bored this holiday season I decide to fix my helicopter.

Could any one of you please answer my simple question as i have gone completely blank. I'm trying to wire my servos and gyro to the Rx but cant figure which servos goes where on the RX channel. if you could make it as simple as possible that will be great

After few trials and errors I think that the wiring is done but now when I throttle up instead of swash plate moving up and down to give positive pitch its only moving from one side what am i doing wrong .Please see pictures attached swash movement when i move throttle up and down. I'm using Spektrum DX7s TX

Check out the blade 450 on horizons website for manual and you can download the settings onto your dx7s

I only have the origional dx7. But I think downloads are done with the sd card.

just wondering if some can please point me in the right direction . I would like to upgrade the rotor head assembly on my Blade 400 to metal parts couple of years ago these parts were available everywhere on eBay but cant seem to find any now. Has any one done this upgrade and can recommend some websites I can buy this head from. Just after a simple fix
