The Indy Admirals did a demonstration event at the Indiana State Fair this past weekend. Great time with beautiful weather! We have several club tub boats (Midwest Liberty Tugs) that we use to let kids of all ages try their hands at being a skipper.

I took my recently completed "Miss Piggy" sailing dinghy with good ol' Kermit on the tiller arm. He's connected so it looks like he is actually steering the sailboat. (The electronics are under the seat actually...) The kids loved it and lots of photos were being taken while it was out. We even had a decent breeze to work with.

Very nice! Frame that for the mantle at home! You can put it in front of the picture of your Mother-in-Law!

still working on some finishing touches of this Marblehead rebuild.
whats going on here I am trying out this vinyl peel&stick material I buy at my
local AmericanScience&Surplus store for the sail #s .they will have colors that sailmakers
can't get in the regular dacron insignia cloth they buy. this color is GOLD, I
thought maybe it might look cool, and different, and maybe kinda "classic"
I also made a gold "V" for the logo ( the "M" HAS to be black-class specs)
