Again: I have no doubts that HoTT is working as advertised.

HoTT has been tested at various locations where problems with other 2.4GHz systems had been reported.

Where has it been tested an by whom ?
Up to now the HoTT system has shipped out to the customers only a few weeks. And due to weather conditions not many people are actively flying. And tests being done by Graupner sponsored pilots are of minor value and reliability.

Me too but nothing is eaten as HoTT as it is cooked and some stuff is so HoTT that it is igniting by itself, especially if it becomes hot!

I think we should wait to february-march than we can really talk about it. For now everything looks gorgeous, but time will tell... Am I right?

HoTT has been tested on selected flying fields, where problems with other 2.4GHz systems had been reported. Such tests should be standard procedure before a system is put on the market and after the issues with iFS, I am sure the testing was very thorough this time.

Why would the testing done by Graupner testers be of minor value and reliability? I am pretty sure these guys know better what to look for than the average modeler.

Sure, although I never used Graupner iFS. Perhaps the guy who sold iFS to Graupner was too convincing?

I am pretty sure this won't happen again. Graupner has learned this lesson the hard way and the new HoTT system has been tested very thoroughly.

Let's wait and see how the customers like it.

Yes, I really hope so. Because just HoTT should be good for my MC-19 - I don't want to throw away channels. JETI, Spectrum and Futaba is too expensive for me, FrSky has only 8 channels, and here is the end of good offers (think so).

Maybe anyone already knows what will be needed to see voltage of battery in plane? Receiver will be enough for that, or it will be required Air-module?

P.S.: Ahh, my English.

Rx battery status will be built into the receiver so no need for extra gadgets for that

You will need enhanced telemetry, i.e. a module for that. The good thing about it: You can monitor individual cell voltages in your pack, which is much better than monitoring the total voltage of your battery pack.

Sorry, I forgot to tell that I think main battery pack, not RX battery. For main pack will be needed air-module?

Actually, even better than the Aurora 9 - because with the air-module you can monitor individual cell voltages in your battery pack.
