I've been busy charging packs and finishing prep. The next chore will be to get everything packed into my van in the morning. Bringing LSO, LSH, P, Q, rigger and the 3 big ones.

I decided to sharpen and balance another prop for P-mono. Not sure If Ill run it, may just run a few test laps w/ it... if I have enough batts. Also did a few adjustments to the HPR. Nothing to make it faster, just to clean it up and make it a bit more user friendly.

Well... today was another one of those days with not much racing going on. I've come to the conclusion that the weather forecaster in our area doesn't know what he/she is doing. Winds were most definately above the 5-6 mph that was called for.
Made me glad I brought some big boats along. About got the handling straightened out on my big mono now. No "flipper" this week. Just a little submariner off a bad hop in the nasty chop we had.

This was a nice all wood scale boat that a visitor brought out today. Not fast but it was big enough that it handled the chop very well.

This is about as close to a P mono heat being caught on tape as we got today. Chris & Scott made debut appearances with their Pursuit 32's for P mono. I sat this one out to run the camera. If we keep winding up with the 3 of us running the same classes we're going to have to hire us a camera man.

Then we have an attempt at LSO or in today's case L SLOW (and still wound up with all 3 boats upside down.)

Wow it was rough out there today. Sorry about the aimless vid while filming LSO and rescuing Hughs MM.

Bill, was your P-mono adventure caught on film?

Nah. All 3 of us were running when the DF33 played submarine and cracked it's nose. Looks like I have some work to get done on a couple of them between now and our next run.

Here's the 2nd run on the 47"er today. After adding about 1/4 turn of positive to the stinger and changing to a X450 prop. Looked to be running cleaner and more stable even though the water was still pretty rough.

Likewise. Ive already made the changes and repairs to the Geico and going to make some changes to the Pursuit before next meet. Im not going to run that 32" cat in Q offshore. It just wont handle it and runs waaaay too lite. Ive got to get that "project" finished. Unfortunatley this week I have no time to work on it.

Probably better it wasnt on vid, easier to forget

Finally got to the one you've been waiting for Scott. Well, maybe not since it was fanning air a couple of times. Man it was rough out there today.
