Need advice on my fpv project

Hi
Im a long time rc pilot who needs some advice on a fpv project that I have just started. I have been reading alot on these forums and decided to use a Easystar as my platform.
I have just ordered the following:

Camera
http://www.bevrc.com/bev-osc-480pal-p-173.html

Video tx/rx
http://www.bevrc.com/bev-24g-500mw-p...-fpv-p-46.html

OSD
http://www.bevrc.com/ce-osdnewest-an...ion-p-113.html

I need advice on brushless engine+ESC for the Easystar. Any recommendations where I dont have to modify the plane too much. Please add links to where I can order it.
I just learned from another thread that 1 lipo is the way to go these days instead of 2. I need advice on a suitable lipo with link to where to order one please.

I want pan/tilt and found the EZpod from rangevideo.com. Is that a good solution?

Thanks for your advice

If your video is on 2.4 you will not be able to fly around other people. They will have their radio in 2.4 and they are incompatible. I would suggest 900 Mhz in the USA.

For a brushless motor for the Easystar consider a 2000kv motor and a 6x4 prop. Consider a Hobbyking.com motor if you want to go cheap. Go to one of the site sponsors and find a better quality motor. An inrunner will fit the easystar best.

You will need a Castle 25 amp esc....probably 35A if you go for a cheaper esc as they are underrated. Use a separate bec like the Castle Bec to be safe.

Best of luck!,

Ken

This motor gave me enough power to my Easystar. My eaststar was kinda heavy loaded, with GoPro, 5000 mah, etc..

I used a 40A esc, but I don't think you need more than 20-25 :P
